Hi, I just wanted to bring a few things to your attention about the course.

In Unit 2, the copy for the activity scenario in Activity 3 and 5 are the same. Although the activities are similar, in Activity 5 it says again to send the survey out to 3 people even though we are tasked with interviewing 2 people.

In Unit 3 Activity 1, the copy of the activity scenario is a bit confusing because it mentions “environmental sustainability” which hadn’t been mentioned before and doesn’t seem to connect to the online learning focus.

In Unit 3 Activity 1 and Activity 3 the “do” portion is actually the same activity, one just mentions online learning.

In Unit 3, Activity 5 is blank.

1. My most important takeaways were the importance of bias and how to avoid it. Also, how to present my findings from my research. And lastly, what kind of questions to ask in a survey and interview.

2. I would have spent more time researching bias for the discussion assignment.

3. To improve this for the next learner, I would have made the instructions more clear for the survey and interview. I was a little confused at times on how in depth I should go or what exactly I should be focusing on.

4. There was nothing that surprised me too much from Unit 2.

1. My most important takeaway is how essential UX is to our lives outside of technology. And how UX in real life can be translated in UX in our digital worlds.

2. I wouldn’t do anything differently, I believe I had a good understanding of the ideas.

3. I enjoyed this course and didn’t see anything that I thought needed improvement.
