  2. Reflect on last week’s goals and intentions. Write 1 goal you are working on and list 2 intentions.

        • Goal – Implement the DR practice four times a week.
        • Intention – Make a note in my calendar and set an alarm today before dinner.
      • Example 2: 
        • Goal – Prepare for my time with myself doing the DR practices.
        • Intention – Before bed, prepare an intimate space with my candle, lighter journal, pin, yoga mat, 16 ounces of water, half a cup of blueberries, and strawberries. 
      • Mindset Example: 
        • Goal – Express gratitude.
        • Intention – Consciously walk with an inner smile that shines brightly.
