        • goal – implement the DR 
        • intention – make a note in my calendar and set an alarm as a reminder to do the DR on those days.

        • goal – be consistent with my DR because I have struggled to do it regularly
        • intention – prepare my DR area ahead of time with my candle, match/lighter, journal, pen, and yoga mat, and meal prep so that

        • goal – drink 16 oz of water 
        • intention – bought 16 oz sized glasses

        • Goal – resolve health issues causing an obstacle in reaching my personal goals
