Shitong Lyu is a user interface designer and user experience researcher who masters in combining the ethnographic research of potential users on certain products and the results of the research into the design process. Shitong believes that it is essential to understand users, and have a smooth connection between users and technologies. In the past, Shitong has had multiple experiences conducting different types of ethnographic research to collect information about users and designing different types of user interfaces such as mobile applications, websites, etc. My education background is a bachelor's degree of Science in Human-Centered Design & Engineering(HCI option) at the University of Washington. One of the teachers who made the biggest impact on his life is Angela Rodriguez.
