- This video segment is a supplement to Module 3 content and should assist in strengthening the understanding of the caring and storage of medication once received into the school setting and proper documentation procedures of medication administration.
- Please note: Although Colorado is referenced throughout the video segments, the content is applicable to the District.
- Step 2: Complete Worksheet 3 and 4 – Authorization for Medication Administration Form on page 45 and Medication Administration Form on page 47 in your training manual. Click module assignment links below or in the materials section above to download and print materials.
- Step 3: Complete the Module 3 Quiz and Pass with an 80% or more to advance to the next module.
- Step 4: Proceed to Module 3a and 3b, respectively, to upload your completed assignments. Remember, you will not be able to advance to the next module without completing both worksheets.
