  • Understand the importance of proper technique to limit the spread of germs
• Step 2: View the video segments on Rights of Medication Administration and Forms of Medication.
  • These short video segments are a supplement to Module 2 content and should assist in strengthening the understanding of the rights of medication administration and the various forms of administration of medication.
  • Please note: Although Colorado is referenced throughout the video segments, the content is applicable to the District.
• Step 3: Using Appendix C, choose one Pharmacy Label, complete “Worksheet 2” on page 21 in your training manual.
  • Fill your answers directly on the assignment.
  • Scan or photograph (using a smartphone) the completed worksheet and then upload it as an attachment below.
