If you are a parent, guardian, or other person who enables a child to access the Services, you agree to stand in the shoes of such child for the purposes of making us whole in case of damages or indemnification that could properly lie against a child, if not for his or her age. If someone else is paying for (or authorizing) your tutoring, teaching, training, consulting, and or group learning services account, you agree to print this document and hand it to them), and to users seeking to provide tutoring, teaching, training, or consulting services, (“Educators”), and to any other entity on whose behalf users accept these Terms (collectively “you”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.
To the extent that anything in or associated with the Site is in conflict or inconsistent with these Terms, the Terms shall control. Any express waiver or failure to exercise promptly any right under the Terms will not create a continuing waiver or any expectation of non-enforcement. If any provision of the Terms is held invalid by any law or regulation of any government, or by any court or arbitrator, the parties agree that such provision will be replaced with a new provision that accomplishes the original business purpose, and the other provisions of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.

As independent contractors hired by Clients, Tutors, teachers, consultants, and trainers control the methods, materials and all aspects of the lessons.
Clients are responsible for selecting the right tutor, teacher, consultant, or trainer for their needs. In making hiring decisions, Clients should review and investigate each tutor, teacher, consultant, or trainer ‘s self-reported credentials, education, and experience, as well as reviews from other Clients. ALL TUTORING, TEACHING, TRAINING, CONSULTING, AND OR GROUP LEARNING SERVICES TO CLIENTS SHOULD BE SUPERVISED BY A RESPONSIBLE ADULT.

4. Your obligations and conduct

These costs include but are not limited to: (a) hourly rate as listed; (b) travel and transportation fees; (c) cancellation fees as described in a tutor, teacher, consultant, and trainer’s cancellation policy, which can be found on a tutor, teacher, consultant, and trainer profile on the Site; and d) the subscription/licensing arrangement between the tutor and 247 TEACH, LLC, its websites, and subdomains (247 TEACH, LLC (247teach.org, 247learningcenters.com, 247speak.org, 247learningacademy.com, 247digitalclassrooms.com, 247learningcenters.org and 247speak.com) ).
9. Third party verification services

For the purposes of our Privacy Policy, your school is considered to be subsidizing your tutoring if it has negotiated a special price or trial offer for its students. On the other hand, if you pay us for your own account, without the involvement of your parents or your school, we will not share your Personal Information with them.
