1. The easiest part of ADDIE to implement would most likely be the first step, analysis, because that is the part where I would get to learn by talking with experts as well as and finding out from the organization and students what their needs are, then synthesizing everything into a proposal that meets all stakeholders’ needs. That’s the fun part.

2. The hardest part of ADDIE to implement would be the development. Whenever I had to do a research paper, I loved the research, and I loved revising and crafting the finished product, but the writing was my least favorite.
